I had a linen waistcoat taken in, and a linen pair of trousers taken in on the waistband. City Tailors have done a beautiful job on both pieces! This is the first time I have owned a pair of trousers that don't gape at the back of the waist. And the waistcoat now fits Like a glove. Thank you City Tailors, will be bringing in all my trousers to be altered!

I called ahead to book a time to have a morning suit tailored but was told to come anytime that suited me. The gentleman was very welcoming and we chatted away whilst he pinned the alterations, understanding exactly how I wanted the suit to look for my wedding. I left feeling very confident in their ability and will be posting a second review to follow up. The price seemed very reasonable for a jacket and trouser alteration including bringing the legs into a slimmer fit, lifting their length, bringing in the waist of the jacket, taking in the sleeves and a small tail adjustment to shape it perfectly to me.

Really love bringing our alterations here. Such fabulous customer service and always quick and affordable. Thank you.

How good is he ? Don't know yet , lock down stopped work Pleasant guy though , will report back later 😁 UPDATE, I got a phone call that I didn't recognise, called back, the coat had just been finished! A lot quicker than I expected, a lot quicker (2 weeks), seems like I left it at the right time, it's not even Christmas yet 🎄🎄🎅, he even offered to have it dry cleaned for me (at my cost), the lining was the same lovely red and seems like very good quality, but that I wouldn't know ! Pleased with the result, but with COVID-19 still around, I haven't even worn it yet, at least its wearable now....
