Andy was professional right from the first email — quick to reply and informative throughout the booking process. From start to finish, he handled the job with care and efficiency. After a lot of building work, the carpets were in rough shape, but Andy did his best and made them look almost new. Thanks to his stain remover, they were left clean, fresh, and sanitised.
Fantastic service! Andy was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. He managed to lift years of dirt and removed stains. My brother’s carpets and sofa look great, feel softer, and the whole house smells fresh. Great value for money - I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing a professional carpet/sofa clean.

He replied to my initial inquiry promptly, and after I sent him photo of the sofa size and condition, he gave me the price, not an estimate, a fixed price. On the day of the appointment Andy arrived on time. He was polite and friendly while maintaining a professional manner. My sofa is like new again. Andy did a fantastic job on our large suite, which is about 8 years old and after dogs, kids and daily use looked tired, worn and grubby. Andy took great care as it’s a delicate material and it now looks pretty much like new. We’re amazed, great work from a great bloke - highly recommended! PS excellent service as well, responded quickly, good comms and prompt.
