Starbucks

I don't usually leave reviews, but this store has signs up asking for feedback, so here it is. The coffee is generally good, but the customer service is consistently poor. Around nine times out of ten when I use the drive-thru, staff are unfriendly and abrupt. There's rarely a hello, please, or thank you, and you're often made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Today I was told to park up and come inside, and when I did, my drink was just pointed at without a word or even being looked at. They have also got my order wrong on a couple of occasions, for example forgot syrup, and while that's not the end of the world, it happens. More frustrating is that the cup lids frequently split or pop off I've had several drinks spill even when being careful. Mistakes happen. That's fine. The real issue here is the atmosphere and attitude. The place feels unwelcoming, and the staff come across as though they don't want to be there and don't particularly want customers there either.

I always have great service I have been multiple times and love the atmosphere and the friendly staff who always serve refreshing tasty drinks with smiles and great conversations. Respect to all those who work hard making this the best Starbucks big up to Molly who was a friendly welcome and helped me choose a incredible tasty drink she was a delight and a key point to return here for so thanks Molly.

SHOCKING. Last three visits my coffee cup has disintegrated. Each time iv had to pull up at another drive through to rectify. This time the bottom has fallen out and completely filled the cup holder

Staff in this Starbucks are terrible. Waiting ages to be served, got the order wrong and every table was empty of people but full of empty cups. Shocking

Split my coffee and staff were really helpful in making sure I was ok . One of the staff .. Reece was very helpful and attentive. Will definitely use this location due customer service 👍
