Toilets need some work no soap floor is filthy cleaning cart in front of baby changing area.
About 2 pieces of scabby chicken. My sandwich looks like it’s been thrown about the garden.
Went for a sandwich today, got through the whole ordering process to be told at the end after our food had been made that their contactless was not working and was asked if I ‘had my card on me’ I feel this is important information to disclose BEFORE people order their food so payment alternatives can be sorted. Not when the food is made and going cold, the young girl behind the counter was anything but helpful and her attitude has quite frankly made us boycott the branch over all. Disappointed to say the least.
I don’t want to come across as harsh.. the service I received was great, couldn’t fault it. The staff were attentive and pleasant the whole way through greeting me to giving me my receipt (I had a lad who was still going tough training - this wasn’t a problem as everyone has to learn somewhere) My gripe was that while I was sat in the venue eating my food there was two different alarms going off (I can only assume one was for the oven and the other was someone’s lunch time nap wake up alarm). Clearly whatever alarms are being used need replacing because the staff were unable to stop them. They kept going off and off and off! If I want to be disturbed or distracted while eating my food I’ll have kids. While I don’t have kids I don’t expect to have the noise of multiple alarms ruining my eating experience.. next time I’ll go to greggs (which just happens to be a stone throw away) as there is never noise in there to interrupt your meal. If you have kids eat in here, if you don’t then go to greggs
JustEat influenced me to make a review on an order I made. I have been here before and the food is often fine but I believe getting served moldy food is a big no no and was told by JustEat that it is down to the chef cooking in an "individual style". I understand that mistakes happen but the way in which JustEat handled my complaint has made me leave a negative review
