Premier Inn Stockton-On-Tees (Preston Farm) hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us — they really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was lovely, with hot, freshly cooked food. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Stayed overnight for a works party in Stockton. We got checked in off a brilliant member of staff nice friendly. The room was on ground floor so easy to get to, the room was not so good needs a overhaul full decoration everything needs updating carpet was marked bed needs renewing bathroom dated it was fairly clean but have stayed in better premier inns you could hear every step in corridor and above so wasn't restful. Can't fault the staff but the building lets it down full marks for staff

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight. A big thank you to Taylor, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure everything was well-stocked, clean, and even checked in to see if we needed anything else. Taylor’s warm and professional attitude made the morning feel extra welcoming. Overall, a great experience — I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing staff, if I was rating based on tha alone 5 stars. However… the bones of this building are terrible. I could hear people snoring, screwing, walking down the hallway and the absolute worst was the fact I could hear every single footstep from the person in the room above. Paper thin walls and floors! The radiator was noisy, lots of the electrics give off a loud humming noises. The shower was okay but it had inconsistent pressure. The dispensary for soap was broken. The toilet roll is provided to you in individual squares like it’s a supermarket toilet. The room was reasonably equipped but it wasn’t great. No iron for your clothes. But lots of pillows, way more than I would need. All in all, a very mixed bag. I would personally spring for a better hotel if comfort is important to you.

Nice and clean, very friendly staff. They only do breakfast at the moment so you need to go out for your evening meal although it looks like a restaurant/pub is being refurbished just opposite. As usual with premier inn, WiFi is very poor
