Howdens - Thornaby

Having viewed and reviewed many Kitchen specialists and suppliers, we opted for Howdens in Thornaby for our new kitchen. Caolan was so helpful and professional with her measuring, recommendations and planning of our kitchen. Nothing was a problem. The recommended Kitchen Fitter was a compliment to Howdens services. Highly recommend

The design team are very thorough and our experience so far has been excellent. They listen to all of our "foibles" and threw in some excellent ideas, into the mix. We have had a couple of visits and the visualisations in 3D are magnificent. Cant wait to see final design and place the order. Expectations on the pricing was spot on. Very competitive prices.

This place definitely hits top marks for customer service. The shop is spotless and has lovely selection of tea/coffee snacks ect when entering. Iv just purchased my own kitchen in which was designed by Dan and changing anything on the design to get it perfect wasn’t a issue. Every member of staff has time for you and will assist/ advise where possible. All staff clearly enjoy there work as you can see by there approach to customers. They don’t try and sell you extras that you don’t want and are very honest with you. Anyone after a quality kitchen ect go see these guys you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Andrew
