We were on holiday when our car had issues. We took into Martinet on Monday and after advising us what was wrong kindly gave us a courtesy car so that we could carry on with our holiday whilst they sourced the parts and fixed it. Nothing too much trouble for these guys they squeezed us in their very busy week which we really appreciated. Car back now good as new had this garage been in Scotland where we live this would definitely be our go to. Thank you all so much. All the staff especially Hannah and Jordan are a credit to the company.

I was recommended this garage by my sister-in-law and have been using it ever since for my services and MOTs. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff with a fantastic family vibe. Everyone is so lovely and work is carried out to the highest standard. Next time you need your car looking at make sure to give them a try.

Can't fault this garage, phoned one garage and was quoted £1800 for a timing/wet belt replacement, phoned Martinet Motors and they quoted me £800 plus due to the fact that they had to keep my car over the weekend they gave me me a courtesy car at no extra cost, very professional. Will 100% be using Martinet Motor Company again.

Oil Leak not fixed and charged £300.00. I took my car to Martinet Motors to get an oil leak fixed and electrical fault. Electrical fault fixed but could decide where the oil leak was coming which I understand can be difficult, anyway found faulty cam cover diaphragm, charged 300.00 labour and parts. Still leaking after a few weeks, phoned Martinet Motors and said I would get steam cleaned and then checked, got checked a few days later no oil leak, run for a few more weeks and oil leaking again, phoned Martinet Motors, got a frosty reception, not nice to deal with, reluctantly booked in, decided not to take it, didnt like the attitude and didnt want the stress, and was in for days last time and had lost trust. Got it check today by independent garage today and was told that the cam cover was leaking, phoned Martinet Motors, I said it was a week over the 12 months warranty but I had been in touch during the year, they said on this occasion they would not fix it, so I said that this was unreasonable, to be honest they made me feel like crap, not happy they have not done the job correctly and make you feel as if it your fault not good business or customer service. Would not recommend this garage.

Not a great service got price for job .booked in then was told price was £500 more.very poor customer service went elsewhere
