Purely on the service from the reception team. I only went in to ask for a repeat prescription sheet and the way I was spoken to was so rude curt and came across like I was an annoyance. I just think tone and language could be addressed. Usually have had no issues but felt appalled. Thing is as well the whole waiting room hears it as the sound echos around. Kindness, tollerance and a better attitude doesn't take much.
This is a brilliant GP surgery and all the staff and doctors are brilliant. They have always been efficient and straight to the point and I have always felt really well looked after. Dr King in particular is fabulous.
Me and my family moved to this practice from another local one. All of the receptionists are really helpful, and make you feel at ease. Every doctor that we have seen, have also been very professional, and friendly. There is no comparison to our previous practice, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Was sceptical about joining having read previous reviews, but decided to anyway as close for my dad,and what a lovely surprise the receptionists were really helpful, cheerful & lovely. They helped so much with my dad, we got an appointment straight away, the doctors was amazing really down to earth & very helpful. I thought the experience was that amazing I am going to move there myself ........well done TBMG 👏👌👏👌 keep up the good work
