KFC Teesside - Park Drive

Walked in rubbish everywhere. Rubbish had been swept into piles on the floor. Bins over flowing was difficult to get a table, not because it was busy as only 3 tables occupied its because they were all dirty, with spillages, food and rubbish. Ordered at machine no queue. Ordered table service. Ordered a Zinger box meal with hotwings. Hot wings were the only hot food and tasted good. Chips were cold. Lots of black bits in the coleslaw. Chicken burger was thrown in box not even stacked up in the box. Bun was over cooked and hardly any chicken in the chicken burger it was more crispy coating than anything, see attached photo. Difficult to prove what you ordered as machine was not handing out receipts. Staff were shouting at each other. "Misha can you help me" "TRISTAN" They were too focused on their delivery drivers, and seemed to be getting the drive through orders wrong hence the staff running back and forth, they left with bags and returned with same and diffrent bags of food. Stay clear find a cleaner friendlier one.

The greatest KFC I've had in a long time. There was lots of seats/dining space. The restaurant and tables were clean. It was well worth the short wait. Food was fresh. "Signature fries" are fantastic. Good spicy wings and chicken. Very friendly. Keep up the wonderful work, people. Recommended.

KFC is my go-to spot for a quick and delicious meal! Their chicken is always cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I love their variety of flavors, especially the spicy Nashville Hot and the smoky BBQ. We had Chicken wings and bucket for one meal. The sides are also a hit. My only suggestion would be to offer more healthy options, but let's be real, we're not going to KFC for a salad! Highly recommend for a satisfying and finger lickin' good meal . I was quite disappointed with the state of the washroom. It was not clean and had a very unpleasant odor. This lack of hygiene really affected my overall experience. I hope they address this issue soon. The customer service is much appreciated . Thank you.

The dining area is absolutely disgusting ... looked like a bomb had gone off! Food, packaging, sauce, liquids all over floor, seats and tables and bins overflowing. Food luke warm, got sent back to be replaced. Appears to be staffed by teenagers without any "adult" supervision. Would dread to see the back of house if this is the standard of the front! Won't be returning

Very disappointed with my order today. The burger was extremely salty, my son couldn’t eat it, and even as an adult it was hard to swallow. Completely unsuitable and unhealthy, especially for children. I expected much better quality from KFC. Needs improvement in seasoning and quality control.
