KFC Thornaby - Pavillion Shopping Centre

This are the double cooked fires and its not at crispy and chicken was well roasted or double cooked not yet crispy there was long wait for this waste food thank you kfc

Staff were very friendly, especially Theresa, who has a laugh and a joke for everyone and makes you feel very welcome. Best KFC I've ever been in for atmosphere and friendliness! Food was great too and very clean.

Worst. Got kicked out because my son brought his scooter in. Not pushing it or anything. We were going to put it away, near the counter, perfectly tucked away so nobody tripped over it. The lady there still wasn’t having it. Worst experience ever.

Food stone cold .. the portion of chips sent with the two orders we have placed is a joke .. the first time there was 8 and this time we had 9 to say they charge £1.99 is an absolute disgrace. We ordered both times through Uber eats … both times the food has been stone cold except for the can of pop which was the warmest thing. The shop is five mins away from me by car .. so how is the food so cold … can’t blame the driver as I can track him leaving the shop to the front door. Won’t be ordering again from here and I will be recommending to friends that they stay away also

Ordered the new Christmas stacker burger. The chicken was tough and grisly like pork texture. Very poor for a chicken specialist.
