Always found all staff friendly and the reception team are very welcoming. Never struggled to get an appointment and Doctors always listen attentively, giving thorough assessment to diagnose. No complaints and been going myself last 15yrs and children the last 10yrs. Erika Lewis

Was told to call back at 1.30pm to book a telephone appointment regarding my disabled daughter - waited 25 mins only to be told my a very rude receptionist that there were none, there will be none for weeks and that she has 19 people waiting! Do these these people waiting all have severe learning disabilities? Appalling attitude, zero empathy.

Purely on the service from the reception team. I only went in to ask for a repeat prescription sheet and the way I was spoken to was so rude curt and came across like I was an annoyance. I just think tone and language could be addressed. Usually have had no issues but felt appalled. Thing is as well the whole waiting room hears it as the sound echos around. Kindness, tollerance and a better attitude doesn't take much.

This is a brilliant GP surgery and all the staff and doctors are brilliant. They have always been efficient and straight to the point and I have always felt really well looked after. Dr King in particular is fabulous.

Me and my family moved to this practice from another local one. All of the receptionists are really helpful, and make you feel at ease. Every doctor that we have seen, have also been very professional, and friendly. There is no comparison to our previous practice, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
