Doctors themselves are ok but the receptionist I spoke to today was the worst I have ever had the displeasure to talk to, constantly talking over me and seemingly unwilling to listen. Fair enough she might be busy but considering most people she will talking to will be suffering from various health conditions she has a terrible telephone manner.
This is a multi practice medical centre but with the practice am with they are fast never waiting long I use online app to book appointments. Any tests needed are done there and then. Only downside is the pharmacy downstairs always ques.
Why made you book a time for a telephone app and then have you waiting hours? I cant be with my phone next to me at all times! Would they do the same if I would have booked a face to face app instead? Im fumming
I used to trust this surgery, as the staffs and doctors are so efficient, but this time they made me to go hospital, I have got infected and the clinical practitioner (not doctor)only gave me cream which doesn't help from spreading infections left me vulnerable and infections started to spread all over my face ; which they should have also gave antibiotics for.Seriously !!
Always good availability for appointments , the morning and afternoon slots are a great idea. Staff and receptionists are lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and have as a surgery.
