I have twice been to the Asda cafe for the over 60’s meal deal. And they only ever have the Chicken soup available??? Why??? If I was a vegetarian! I wouldn’t have be able to have the soup? The quality of the food has gone right down. I don’t blame the staff. They are trying to their best. And are always busy. Also not a fan of the wooden knives and fork ect.

There is something wrong with your trolleys as they don’t reach the car park and stop half way this is highly inconvenient and it issue needs fixing or simply advise your customers that trolleys will stop half way before they decide to buy a full shop and drag the trolley to the car park

The shop is a no go zone as soon as it gets dark as all the local yobbos and wannabe gangsters like to hang around outside, in the underground car park or walk around the shop strutting their stuff walking around like they have a stone caught in their shoe. Store itself is ok, if not quite dated, and it serves the community well, yet security are ran ragged in here due to petty crime and lately it's been impossible to get hold of a basket or a trolley. Prices have been incorrect on the shelves of a few items too.

What a shame, use to be really nice. No serviette. Coffee stone cold. No proper cutlery. Pepperoni pizza cut up on a vegetarian board. Pizza very greasy Fries had to be returned as stone cold and tastes of very old oil.

Their grocery collection is useless, they always have trouble and it seems they don’t want to work?!? I have notification to come and collect and they say you can cancel or wait for a long time why would I cancel?. This is not happening first as well always have some another trouble always regret after shop in here.
