Very beautiful place, delicious cakes and superb ice cream. Big portions and fresh taste. The best part smelled like Christmas😊 we had a great time. We’ll be back soon. Many thanks to the young man who served us

Apprehensive about going here yesterday as reviews were quite bad. I've got to say I couldn't fault it. My niece had reserved our tables and we had a lovely time celebrating my great nieces special day. Service was good, staff were nice and ice cream and cake were delicious 😋. Total opposite to most of the reviews. We had a lovely time there. Big thank you to all concerned. P S. My niece takes her children there regularly and has never found fault with it.

Several months ago, the first time I came here some chav girl behind the counter told me we couldn’t sit in despite it being an hour from closing time. She was really rude so I left. Today I was greeted by a really lovely lady. The selection is amazing and everything looked like in the movies - think Willy Wonka! This is a cute venue, very nicely decorated. The nice lady offered us samples. I ended up getting a scoop of chocolate orange ice cream and a cappuccino which came to £7. The coffee came with a little piece of shortbread which was cute. I think that’s really reasonably priced. The whole place is very reasonably priced considering the quality, so I don’t know why others are commenting about how expensive this place is. Clearly they’ve never been to a dessert parlour before because this is pretty standard pricing. I ordered my partner a cake to take home and was very jealous when he ate it later on! Only two area of suggested improvement. The font in the menu is a little hard to read. And the place was really cold today but I noticed they did turn the heating on when we came in which was appreciated. Thanks guys will come again.

Second time visiting today, lovely place! The choice of music is always spot on, the disney playlist is my 🤩. We enjoy italian cannoli and the cake domes are super delicious. Big thank you to the staff!
