Anna on the mac counter was brilliant. Helped me find my shade of foundation and matched me. She told me about the current offer. So I bought more than I anticipated but got money off so was a big win! She was great. Great customer service!

Myself my daughter and my granddaughter, when to boots at Teesside park this evening, my granddaughter has a nasty looks like a bite on her elbow that looked as if there was poison in it and needed looking at, as we are all aware we are advised to see a chemist for this sort of thing. We asked to see the chemist which would only have taken her seconds to advise, she was busy and asked could we wait 10 minutes, after 45 minutes of waiting i asked very politely could she please just have a quick look as we had waited so long and she refused and said I am very busy, maybe if she has said we would have had to wait this long we could have gone to another chemist. I did say i thought this was very rude and disrespectful she did not seem interested. I feel this is not good enough, our time is just as important as hers expecially when you have a little girl of 4 that requires attention, but the chemist obviously doesn't think this.

Outstanding service from the pharmacy. Sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was brilliant. I’ve recently been bitten by a bug after doing some gardening and my leg has become really swollen and painful. She took the time to examine the wound and issue me with some antibiotics. I would normally go to the doctors but I struggled to get an appointment, so tried my luck going to Boots. I’m happy I did. Thank you so much for the care you showed. It’s always nice to give positive reviews for someone that has gone the extra mile.

I bought several items using the recycling scheme. After I left Boots Teesside Pk, I realised I'd made a mistake. I went back in and was helped by Regan. She was kind, professional, understanding & once my purchases were verified she rectified the issue quickly and easily. Great customer service!!

Fantastic service by all the team. I tried 7 pharmacies for a particular medication it was ordered and arrived in store quickly. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I have now nominated the store as my pharmacy for the full family. It's worth the extra drive for the excellent customer care
