The most useless company I have ever used. Fitted a aluminium front door purchased from them. The Ultion cylinder was faulty so I had to purchase a temporary cylinder. They then sent a replacement but that didn't fit. Then another replacement but that didn’t fit. This has been going on months, and they can’t get it right. I mean it’s their own door and they can’t get a barrel right. That shows you their capacity.

We have ordered a Cor Vision sliding window from Trade Village. This was our first of hopefully many orders. Josh has been thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. We now await our second order. Like others we have found the service impeccable and the price good. Whats not to like. Long may it continue.

The Trade Village supplied me with a bifold door that after being used a maximum of a dozen times started quite literally falling apart. The sales team could not have cared less and took 6 weeks for someone from the manufacturer (based 17 miles away) to come out to address. Just 10 days after a repair was carried out, 2 further issues arose. The day door binding to the extend that the door needed to be forced open to operate, and similarly with the bifold doors themselves in getting them to close once opened I was informed by the manufacturer that my 12 month manufacturers guarantee would restart which Trade Village would not honour. Im thankful these problems occurred on my own home and not at a customers as repairs on a brand new door (that later developed further problems), the time taken to address and not honouring the warranty would have been incredibly embarrassing. Truly appalling service.

One pane of glass shuttered on ahot day informed Trade Village and they said it was an impact damage. They refused to accept anything else. Another pane has a small imperfection which they say it's not covered in their useless guarantee. Stay clear of this company because if you have any issues with their products there is no customer service and they just don't want to know.

'Warning steer very clear of this company' This is a picture of a customer of mines front door after six months ,not only bowed and blistered and also a bottom hinge gone faulty causing the door to go out of line in the frame . The trade village answer is to get there supplier to send a blank door slab and expect the customer to swallow the cost of trying to get a door blank fitted into a frame that is already in place rather that on a bench where they are normally aligned and refit existing lock and letter box and handles . This company does not have a service engineer to carry out warranty work just some one in the office to fire out an email quoting their terms and conditions, which is written very much in their favour. I have been in the building business for 30 years now and this is the first time i have come across such poor service. I am quite happy to remove this comment if they respond with a proper solution but as to date i will keep repeating this post until the problem is look at.
