Gill at Natuzzi, Teesside Park was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for, offering helpful advice without any pressure. We have always loved Natuzzi sofa for the look and the comfort+quality. This time we needed a new sofa for our new sitting area. As the space has some restrictions size-wise, it wasn’t easy to find the right one. We visited the Natuzzi Editions Stockton-on-Tees and we were welcomed from the entrance and met Gill. She helped us to measure and plan the size for the possible combinations with great patience in a very professional yet friendly way with her tablet. After our two visits, we finally found the one we loved and also fit in our space. Order process in the showroom was very well explained and Gill kept informing us the estimated delivery date, etc. without failing. The delivery arrangement was excellent as well. Excellent - We felt comfortable in store and the staff were friendly and not pushy. Gill was great, she helped us a lot, offered refreshments, spent time with us and was very patient. I liked the choices and ranges available and as it is made to order and was very flexible. I am happy and excited to see my new sofa and I am confident that it will be well made and of good quality, unlike the rubbish sofa we have from Sofology. I will leave a review again once I have the furniture.

The quality of products and the excellent professional and friendly customer service in the Stockton branch is absolutely outstanding! From the moment we entered the store we were extremely impressed with the range and quality of products and the attentive staff. Jan was 100% excellent in her service delivery, allowing us to browse the store and then being there to help us personalise our choices of furniture with no hassle and no sense of pressure to buy. It was a pleasure dealing with her. We ended up buying a sectional corner suite and are delighted with our choice. We will most certainly return to the Stockton store if we require any further furniture items in future and will highly recommend the store to our friends. Had an amazing experience at Natuzzi Editions in Stockton this afternoon. We were blown away by the beautiful choice of sofas and they were so so comfortable. We ordered our dream corner sofa and chair with Gill who was a delight. Gill had such a pleasant manner and was very knowledgeable on all we needed to know.
