Brandon was great, came in wanting one sofa but he found us a much better one at a real decent price and suits us much better! Delivery is a fair wait but we knew that when buying it and all concerns dealt with. No pushyness :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, possibly the worst customer service we have ever received. Some simply cannot tell the truth... 1. We bought a bed on 01/11/2025, which as the display model (they we happy to sell it as they claimed they hadn't sold any of this Joules model). We were told we would have to wait until after the promotion finished (approx 16th November 2025) and they would deliver it. On 30th November we still hadn't received the bed, went into store and were told AFTER us they sold another display model and that customer was allowed to take theirs first so we would have to wait until they got something else to put in the showroom. Really disappointing. 2. Once resolved the bed was delivered a week after this, we paid for deliver to the room. We have a new house with white tiles and white carpet, the delivery drivers refused to take off their shoes or wear shoe covers (we provided) and the only way they could bring it in way to drag mud into our new house. They stated Health and Safety reasons, but given I teach health and safety for a living, provided appropriate non slip covers and every other contractor has had no issue, it was apparent they simply didn't want to carry it up the stairs. Apparently this will be the same with the Sofa deliveries. 3. Our sofa deliveries have been delayed. 4. When you cal customer service, they tell you they can't put you through to the store, this is SIMPLY UNTRUE! The store left nots on saying to put us through if we call, sometimes they will and sometime they claim it's not possible, someone either way is not telling the truth. We have placed four orders with them and we are now speaking to the finance company and solicitors to find out how to cancel our order.

I was in the store today to buy a set of seats. The customer service was okay but the sales agent really insisted that I have to make a deposit so that my financial agreement can easily go through. He informed me that an email that needs me to esign would follow and when it came through he told me to go sign at home 🤨 . When I got home, the esign couldn't work and kept saying that my details do not match. This is a rip off and would like my deposit back so that I can buy sofas from an honest store!!! The sales guy was just after his commission!!!!

Terrible service. When I bought my items, they promised delivery by 14 December. I changed my work shift and waited all day, and they only delivered the rug. When I called, they suddenly said the sofa won’t come until 22 December. This is unacceptable. No communication, no respect for the customer, and they completely messed up my plans. I am very frustrated and won’t be ordering from them again.

Sofa arrived 14th July 2025. Not all of the base cushions had the thicker stuffing we had paid for. Cushions also the wrong size for the base. Back and arm cushions not stuffed correctly and need extra stuffing. We called customer service who said someone would be sent out. It is now September 4th and still nothing has been sorted so will be calling them a 3rd time and if nothing is sorted be taking legal action. Will never use DFS again customer service is terrible and you don't get the extras you pay for.
