Currys

Very disappointed with my experience with Currys. I purchased a dryer that was delivered damaged, and ever since then I’ve been struggling to get any help or support from the company. I reported the issue immediately, but no one has taken responsibility or arranged a replacement. We have been left without a working dryer and with constant stress trying to get this resolved. For a large company, the customer service has been extremely poor. I hope Currys improves their service, because customers deserve proper support when products arrive damaged. Still waiting for a replacement or a proper solution

I can safely say I will never step foot in that Currys again, if any other one if that is a reflection on how the staff are. I went in looking for a Keyboard for personal/work/gaming use. I want to go in and try the keyboards out if I could to get a feel for them. I stood around with my partner for 15 minutes being completely ignored by all the staff there. A few of them passed us and stood by us but no one asked if we needed help. It got to the point where my partner asked the staff member there if we could test out the keyboards and all he said was "no, I can't take them out of the boxes". Now I completely understand that my issue wasn't there. He didn't as if we needed any further help, what I was looking for or what I wanted to use the keyboard for. He just walked off and that was that. Again my partner and I looked around and I did find one that I liked. I spoke to my mother in law about it and it was in stock online so she went off to the front of the building and asked someone else for help. He brought her over the the staff member who initially 'helped' us and pointed to where I was standing and said "the keyboards are over there", which they weren't the one I liked was a display and was not on the shelving. She told him this and he turned to other staff member and said "look in the back" and that was that. We waited around till he came out to tell us that it actually wasn't in the back and sometimes the website is wrong. He told us I could order it to my house with him but at this point I was fed up having been offered no help by the previous staff member and just ordered it online myself. This experience is very different from what is portrayed on the ads with staff members being 'experts' and 'helpful'. I could understand if he was busy but he clearly wasn't and didn't even offer any help once he was done what he was doing or offer one of his collages to help. It wasn't that busy as well with only two- four other people walking grabbing something and going. Will absolutely not be going back to that Currys.

Brilliant shop with amazingly friendly staff and quick service! I asked an employee about a gaming headset for a play station 5 and he was incredibly helpful to me, giving all the pointers I needed to narrow down my choices! He also checked the stock for other items and got back to me very quickly! I love this shop.

Went to Teesside park yesterday, i was served by a lady called Allison in the kitchen appliance section, I never really write reviews for shops, but this lady needs a shout out, what a gorgeous very helpful lady, she went way above and beyond to help us choose a few different items, didn’t make is feel rushed, the topping point she even borrowed me her glasses when I couldn���t see the small writing lol, i actually left feeling really happy of how amazing she was. Never had customer service like it. I really hope Alison gets to see this. Your a legend 😁😁

Priced matched a product which was great, but the sales person was telling me incorrect information about compatibility which I didn't ask about and was pretty rude.
