Perfect for kids, adults and four legged friends. Recommendations - bring some additional snacks. Pizza place is popular so would recommend buying it early Free face painting, bubble magician and amusements was a nice touch. 1 of the stalls you did have to pay extra for. It does get busier throughout the day but was well organised. Overall plenty to do to tire out those little legs. Will definitely come back for another themed event.
Well worth a visit for children and adults. There is a nice cafe and shop. The trains are great and the journey through the countryside is picturesque. I think the tunnel is the longest on a narrow gauge railway.
Six and three year old grandchildren had a fabulous time on a drizzly autumn day. As did the grandparents!! Cafe, cvered area for bouncing pillow, small game train ride, indoor picnic area. Great fun for the children
Very good fir a day out
