Received an unusual email from the company, so thought I'd call them to see if it's legit. They'd taken the steps to change their automatic line to address it! Fantastic, absolutely brilliant when people are proactive and deal with things. Any company that is so quick to deal with things like this must be a good one. Nice work Suttle Transport Services.

This company is completely incompetent and don't deserve even one star. This review is based on more than one interaction with the company. The drivers are self employed mostly and they are mostly OK and just do what the office tell them to do The issue is with the office. The planning team who organise the daily deliveries (Or are supposed to organise the daily deliveries) do not know what they are doing. They are argumentative, rude and not focussed on the customer at all. When speaking to them, they are incapable of resolving issues of their own making, they do not accept responsibility and instead try to blame either the sender or receiver of the pallet. They never offer any apology for what is clearly their error. I've previously had a pallet delivered on the back of a van, with no means for it to be taken off and have had to ask around other businesses to borrow a forklift. Today it's been 6 days since they should have delivered my pallet: • They should have delivered Thursday - no attempt • They tried to deliver after we closed Friday and were asked to re-deliver Monday as they were going to leave the pallet unattended in a business park over the weekend, the driver said he would inform the depot • No attempt to deliver was made on Monday • I spoke to a driver after 5PM yesterday who said he could be with me at about 6.30, I could not do that. The driver said he would inform the depot to deliver Wednesday • Today, wednesday no attempt is scheduled to be made We are only 15 miles away from Suttles and they still cannot get 1 pallet delivered to us.

Rude staff and extremely old fleet of vehicles. Any local businesses looking to open an account with suttle I would think again. Longs of Leeds much better.

We had a large delivery arrive today can I just say the driver went above and beyond what he needed to do carnt thank him enough absolutely super service. Well done suttle transport

Had a few pallet deliveries lately, great drivers and helpful staff at the depot.
