This clinic was so welcoming and gentle towards me when I was 15 with no prior experience getting treatments. I felt quite vulnerable and clueless but Jenny is so so kind and guided me ensuring I have the most relaxing experience! Bearing in mind, this was a bikini wax. Somehow they’ve made it very bearable and relaxing. I loved the service and treatment so much that I have returned and will continue to do so for more services. I recently got my brows professionally shaped for the first ever time by Olivia, Jenny’s daughter, and I am overly satisfied with the result and her service! I just got my first spray tan and Jenny was very gentle and talked me through it because I was so clueless - but the result is immaculate! After washing it off, I’m left with such a natural-looking, bronze, glowy tan and it’s also made my body so smooth! In fact my mum said I look Mediterranean and she normally insults my patchy, orange self-tan. I find it lovely that I’m surrounded by such a kind family of professionals who perfectly balance a friendly, chatty service with professional treatment. I didn’t know where to start; being a girl who wants lots of treatments, at an age that restricted me, but these people accepted me. Thank you so much!!☺️
