We loved staying in this exceptional accomodation. It is a very special place with direct access to the beautiful garden. It is very comfortable and really nicely furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. Situated in an attractive old village, not far from the Park & Ride to York, it has also a number of other interesting places nearby. Pascale and her husband were very friendly,welcoming and helpful

We just stayed 3 nights at the Pretty Garden Cottage in Tollerton and it was absolutely brilliant. I am not given to hyperbole but this was without doubt the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. The standard of finish of the Cottage was amazing, the presentation faultless and the welcome from Andy & Pascale, which included wine and biscuits, could not have been better. Very well equipped, no corners cut. Did we mention the beautiful garden by the way? We thoroughly recommend a stay to anyone and will be going back ourselves.

We stayed here for a long bank holiday weekend. It was a delightful, tranquil and charming place. The joyous garden was all to ourselves whenever we were outside sitting down on the patio chairs & table. Inside there's a wonderful set up with homely decor and lighting. The hosts left some thoughtful essentials in the fridge and kitchen which was most welcome. We relaxed on the sofa and watched TV a couple of times. The bedroom was perfect for our needs and the shower was enjoyable. We used this location as a base to travel into York by leaving our car at the Rawcliffe Bar park and ride. It was an easy 10 min journey and also took 10 mins to get into the centre by the bus. York was fantastic as per usual, we saw many historical sites and there was so much more to be seen. We will be returning, and likely staying again here as we loved it so much. Thanks to our hosts!

This is a wonderful place to stay if visiting York and the Yorkshire countryside. Tollerton is a small pretty village with local amenities and some great country walks. The accommodation is beautifully maintained and furnished and convenient for walks, buses to York and the local very well stocked corner shop. We have stayed here twice now and Pascale and Andy have been very thoughtful, kind and helpful hosts. We highly recommend this accommodation.
