Zip Taxis

I had an important private medical appointment so I booked a taxi well in advance confirmed by zip telephoned at the time no taxi was desperate as I would lose my £30 deposit was told a faxicoud be available in 25 mins in 25 mins was told 2 or 3 mins the taxi turned up 10mins later lies lies lies lies apologies apologies apologies at no extra cost .Have you tried to make appointments even after a cancellation…"? Zip taxis have been renamed over the years I heard the need name could be Taxis geearnteed fairytales and apologies at no extra cost!!!

Was late due to traffic but when he arrived he was really nice, polite and professional. The car smelled lovely which he told me what it was and kept conversation with me.

Excellent service, to be totally honest I had just called Aberdeen and they would not accept a cash payment, I did have my cards with me but was frozen waiting for 12 mins before they informed me of the payment method, but these guys came for me through the traffic which was busy as Bradford city were playing Lincoln . The driver was polite and helpful and gave me a good rate although I paid him a couple of quid extra,well worth it.Thornton cabs I thought we're always the best but these guys are great if you want a taxi in the city centre, we'll use you again zip. Booked a taxi last night around 9pm, for this morning at half 8. Nearly 12 hours advance notice. Get called at half eight saying the taxi would be 15 minutes late. Which was fine, still time to get to doctors appointment. Get called at 8:43. Saying driver dropping customer off will be about another 10 minutes. Cancelled and got an Uber, just made it on time to the appointment. I only didn't pre-book with Uber because they wanted £26 for a £10 fare.

Excellent journey. The driver was on time, was a careful driver and got me to my destination in good time. Always good.
