I am an Owner on this park and just seen a 2 star review from a Rajpoot Ali, firstly this is a fictional name and is actually a disgruntled rental tennant that the park helped for 18 months. She didn't want to leave the park but always knew the lodge was going to be sold. She had a 6 month tenancy which the park extended to 18 months to give her the time she asked for to find a permanent accommodation via the local authority. We all hope she got the mental health support that she desperately needed. This Park is nothing less than a 5 star, its secluded, peaceful and well maintained.

So we moved here to a residential plot in February 2023. Avril and Mark could not have helped us more having looked at the park in April 2022. We opted to buy a lodge and do it up ourselves. Our house sale took much longer to go through than expected - they gave us no pressure to complete the exchange after we had paid a deposit. Avril kept in regular contact with us, updating us on the pitch, what was being done to make ready for our lodge being delivered, and things were progressing. Throughout the whole process they were open and honest about it, explained the Written Statement process and the benefits of it. Once we moved in, there were minimal snagging issues but once again Avril and Mark were so helpful in resolving them. An example of this was a faulty air conditioning system that failed during the transfer of the lodge - so instead of us having to repair the whole thing ourselves they arranged a replacement for us! The grounds are beautifully maintained by Avril and a small group of helpers. The whole park (26 plots) has a friendly but not intrusive feel about it. We have good neighbours who share plants with us!! And finally, it’s like being on holiday everyday, but we are very lucky to live here!! Can’t recommend it highly enough.
