Ben Bank Farmhouse Cheese

We are third generation dairy farmers.  We use our own milk from our own dairy herd to produce cheese within an hour of milking being completed.  We pride ourselves on being able to provide full product traceability; right down to the grass the cows feed upon. 

Currently we are producing a creamy brie; slightly crumbly on the inside side becoming more oozy towards the exterior.  Also a semi-soft creamy blue cheese.  ‘Barnsley Brie’ and ‘Barnsley Blue’. 

Cheese can be purchased from the farm, where there is a viewing gallery into the cheeseroom itself.
