Good experience will always make you happy and wanting to come back. Nichola Lowe in barclays bank wakefield branch was excellent today, you made me feel welcomed due to the good experience and service you provided today in your bank. It's true some banks are busy, however today was excellent, great. This is because not all staff in the banks would be willing to help when you ask, most staff in banks always say check the App or ring someone, but today's experience was 10/10. I visited the branch today and was served by a very customer oriented staff called Clare. She was extremely compassionate, understanding, kind, helpful and reassuring. I will definitely ask for her the next time I go there because I was treated very humanely. Thank you again for your excellent customer service.
I met Jeanette in the Wakefield branch, she was extremely helpful! Helped me with all of my needs and my app, she was very nice and approachable. Such a great service.
My son came to open a bank account with this branch on 2.10.25 with all relevant ID and paperwork and was urged to do it online, my son has special needs and cannot comprehend a lot of online forms hence him visiting the closest branch. He told the advisor this and was still told they prefer people to do it online. Unfortunately he didn't get the persons name or I would have made a direct complaint about this useless and lazy advisor that wants to shirk his role and let people 'do it online'. This incident has put my decision to remove all my savings and close my account with yourselves and open up with another bank
I went to the Wakefield Branch this morning to change my pin on a new barclay card whilst trying to remember the pin and glancing at the cash machine a lovely lady called Jeanette came to me to see if I needed any help, everything was done a lot quicker with Jeanette's help. I required a photo on my new card wasn't sure what to do Jeanette did it all for me making it look so easy, it was such a pleasant experience without Jeanette's help I would have struggled.
