BP Fall Ings

Mixed reviews about this place. I used to visit when it 1st opened and it was great. The prices were decent, the pump prices were competitive and the jet washes used to work great. Fast forward to 2025, and unfortunately this place has gone downhill. The staff are decent and the selection is decent, but the prices are terrible. Went to use their jet washer to clean my car, only 3 machines worked. The rinse lance worked fine and did a good job, but the foam brush is absolutely rubbish. Hardly foamed at all and certainly didn't get hot and did nothing to clean my car. I ended up using the lance to finish my car off, which honestly wasn't that cleaner after I finished. I complained about the poor machine quality and the BP staff couldn't do anything as they dont own the jet washing machines. I'd advise anyone to clean their car elsewhere.

I spent around £60 a week there on fuel and van washing. why dont you guys provided soap wash on yourself washing jetting bays ? Why would you have four jet washing bays without any soap? This has not happen once or twice, it's a recurring situation that you guys need to deal with. got more chances in getting a lottery ticket than getting soap on jet washing bays, commmonnnn guys, up your game please..... It's a busy petrol station where all the locals use, why would skimp on £20 worth of soap ??? You guys making very good money out of it, but customers are not getting what they pay for. It's beyond me Edit to your useless reply: Im well aware how to use your machines and what button to press for the foam brush. It's the the orange button on the machine with a brush symbol and foam on. It's just no foam coming out of it at all, meaning you guys or the company you use are not providing it to your paying customers. Stop ridiculing your customers and imply that we dont know how to use a machine. a 5 year old could easily operate it. Do your job and provide what your customers are paying for, end off!

Very poor experience at this BP station. The vacuum cleaners are never emptied – some of them don’t work at all, and others just take your money without working. The staff are extremely unfriendly, lazy, and do nothing except stand behind the till. There’s clearly no interest in helping customers or maintaining the equipment. Really disappointing.

Cash machine not dispensing cash when needed and don't report it. Been a week since it has worked. I am disabled and this is the only ATM I can get to. They also over charge 6 eggs that are prices at £1.75 on the shelf, but at the till, they price it up as £1.85.

Called in to use the car Vax and the Jet Wash, staff unable to give me change for the machines that I'm going to use on their forecourt! Really??
