Halifax

The staff here are great but the introduction of the new queue is pointless. It has resulted in a longer wait time without any benefits for the customers. What is was meant to achieve otherwise is unclear but is obviously a step in the direction of the death of face to face service. A real let down for the company.

Halifax bank branch in Wakefield centre. No parking Nice block paved pedestrian and seats outside 2 entrances Cash machines outside and inside No coin machine Limited staff in counter, in fact, large queue, people waiting at counter. 6 members of staff on the bank floor chatting. Then come up and ask what you want to do and wonder off. No other till open. One member of staff continued a discussion with a member of the public across the bank floor. Not very professional Not good customer service

Called in to sort my house insurance out and was waiting for half an hour to see someone then all they did was sit me in a room and phoned a number up where I was hold for another 15mins.

Virtual que... Why? What's wrong with how it used to be? Zero privacy when at the counter

This bank has the worst customer service. The queue registration system is an absolute joke.
