I'm totally disgusted with the attitude of this branch and the service received yesterday . I oaid money in earlier my wife went in later to pay in a further payment and was harassed and a used with question s which she found insulting and left her in tears upon returning back to ne despite being in earlier as a couple the first time. The clerk recognised her the 2nd time by what was said. !!! The second comment is no card wallets are available ! Pathetic excuse made!!! I WILL NOT REMOVE THE POST. UNTIL SOME SORT OF APPOLGY IS MADE AND IN PERSON NOT BY E MAIL !! IS THIS THE WAY A 40 YEAR OLD MEMBER AND CUSTOMER OF THIS BANK SHOUKD BE TREATED . ,AT THE VERY KEASG THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE RETRAIN ED FOR HIS ABUSIVE QUESTION S AND RUDENESS AND EMPLYING MY WIFECWAAS AND IN POSTER OR FRAUDSTER

I’ve been with this branch for nearly 40 years and previously have had an excellent service and would have highly recommended them. However recent cutbacks in staffing and closure of a proper full banking service on Saturdays has resulted in very poor service nowadays. Long queues, not being able to draw money out other than at ATMs on a Saturday, plus many other negative changes has meant I have been unable to do the banking I needed on many/most occasions. What a shame for the staff who have to face the disgruntled customers too

Absolute Rubbish Service! I had an appointment to Open a business account at this branch and they turn around and tell me you cant open accounts in store its got to be done online! What a lie! Secondly I wanted to transfer money, they said to me you will be better off doing this through online banking because in store there will be loads of forms to fill etc. Turns out they were being absolutely lazy and just did not want to do anything! I dont have any problems with NatWest this was the only branch that was so rubbish!

Visited the branch this morning and at first the service was OK, it's what you expect when you go in, however I shared an incident experience that hapened yesterday with a staff member and she managed to tell me what services where available and I upgraded my account. Thanks to Natwest I've not got piece of mind :)

Had refit and now only has 2 counters. Queues are ridiculously slow and nobody uses the machines ( complete waste of money ). Appalling service for a city centre branch and shows contempt for customers as they knowingly make them wait so long to save money on counters. Whoever is in charge of Customer Service/Experience should be sacked immediately and made to be a Nat West customer as punishment.
