Will never use this post office again!! The women who served my mother was so nasty and rude to her for no reason, my mother came out nearly crying 😠 don’t know her name but her initials are C.A dark blonde mid length hair about in her 50s, I will be putting another complaint in with Royal Mail!! She doesn’t know what my mother has been through and what her mental health is like at the moment, it took so much of her strength to go into the shop and then this disgusting women does that and ruins all the progress she’s made in the last year! I really hope the employee sees this and thinks next time she opens her mouth.
The staff and service are excellent in the post post office very friendly and efficient.
If I could give this place -5 stars I would! The counter staff are the rudest, most obstructive, unhelpful I’ve ever encountered. If your face fits your transactions are fine. If it doesn’t you may as well go elsewhere - plastic Mail bags not permitted, large parcels refused….I can’t wait til they’re queuing up outside job centre crying 😆
Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, so nice to see the staff back again, the best local Post Office there is.
Don't bother getting Amazon orders delivered here, needed something for Saturday,. Amazon confirmed delivery by text to collect and the place is shut at 14:00 despite it saying it's open till 18:00!!! Cost me more to drive down and now have to go back! Grrrr
