I came in for a consultation this evening. Janet was able to give me advice based on her extensive experience and made me feel at ease and answered my questions with patience. She informed me what would be realistic to achieve with my hair, and was diligent in taking a piece of hair to test the colour/bleach prior to any treatment, and a skin test with a few questions to answer to ensure there are no risks in colouring my hair. All the team welcomed me when I arrived, even though i hadnt been before, and were warm and friendly for the duration of my appointment. I felt positive after the appointment as I had felt my hair aspirations were listened to and considered.
I’m always made to feel so welcome at the salon – all the girls are friendly and go out of their way to create a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Leah is fantastic with my colour every time and always gets it just right. I leave feeling confident and refreshed after every visit. Highly recommend!
This was my first time visiting the salon and I had such a great experience! My stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure to check in along the way. The end result turned out even better than I imagined. Thank you for doing such an amazing job with my hair, I absolutely love it!

I love having my hair done here. I’ve been coming to this salon for 12 years as well as other family members which says a lot! I get my hair done with Alice and she is professional yet friendly and lovely to chat with. She is happy to cater to any of my requests for my hair. Janet, Charlotte and the other girls are lovely too, it’s always a nice experience in the salon, and I always leave feeling amazing 💕💕💕
