Fantastic experience, friendly people, who were in the salon, hot drink was consumed. I can honestly say, these are the best I’ve ever had my nails, right length and shape as I requested, lovely colour and a very smooth finish. Highly recommended as I know I’ll definitely be returning when my nails require doing again.

HAPPY NAILS KIRKGATE – THE HOLY TRINITY OF PEDICURES Lam. Kem. Thi. Honestly? Saints in Crocs. I came in with feet that had seen things. Biblical things. Cracked-heel wilderness type things. I thought I was coming for a quiet pedicure — instead, I got a full-on deliverance. Demons were cast out through my soles. 😂 Lam worked with precision and peace like she was tuning a harp made of flesh. Kem was savage in the best way — I’ve never been exfoliated with such loving vengeance. Thi? Quiet assassin. Filed my toenails like she was polishing a sword of destiny. At one point I nearly cried laughing. At another, I nearly just cried. This place is more than a salon — it’s a spiritual cleansing centre disguised as a nail bar. I left 2 inches taller, lighter in soul, and ready to walk into my calling with sanctified feet. Jesus washed feet. These ladies heal them. Go. Book. Tip generously. And tell them Rob sent you — the one who came in dragging half of Kirkgate behind him and walked out glowing like he’d just seen the Lord.

Went in and was charged £28 for just clear acrylic nails… I usually pay £30 for a full set with gel. I didn’t get any gel on the nails as I have my own gels at home, so literally just acrylic powder. They weren’t long, they were medium however after they’d already stuck the nails down they told me I had to pay extra if I wanted to keep them that length or if not they would have to cut them down. So they lied about the price so I basically had no other choice but to pay extra to keep the length. They did my nails for about 30 minutes and charged me that much… nothing was wrong with the actual nails but the over pricing is stupid. Just like every other nail salon in Wakefield.
