Floorstore Wakefield

Cannot thank you guys enough! Nigel, our fitter was brilliant and worked like a magician to fit karndean LVT in to our 230 year old house. Paul, Colin and Steve at the store were very helpful too and made the whole process easy. Thinking about a new floor? I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again.

Visited the Wakefield store and chose our Invictus LVT flooring. We were given a price in store and booked a date in. The date was brought forward due to a cancellation. Nigel the floor fitter turned up on time and what a perfectionist he is. He spent 4 days fitting our floor and I cannot praise him enough. Well done Nigel you deserve a medal, and thank you floor store.

Bought my bedroom carpet and laminate flooring from the lovely Molly who helped me decide on the colour scheme as I'm hopeless! Fitted the laminate myself as it was relatively easy to slot together and good 12mm thick sturdy stuff! Carpet arrived to be fitted today, and when unrolling it, the fitter found a hole in the centre and returned it. Was contacted and was offered a replacement carpet similar to the one I had selected as they couldn't get hold of the one I'd picked today as the warehouse is not open, but this new one was very close to what I'd picked so was able to have thay carpet fitted on the same day with no fuss! Very friendly and helpful staff! Thank you 😇

I found the staff at the floorstore Wakefield very helpful and courteous. I was struggling to choose which flooring to go with as the choice is so extensive, and went into store a couple of times but Paul helped me narrow down the choice. The fitters were great and I am delighted with my floor now it's fitted. It was also less expensive than I had been quoted from other stores.

Can't recommend enough! After already receiving a few quotes from other company's a family member advised me to have a look at Floorstore, I had a look on the website and requested a quote which I received via email quite quickly. I then received a call from Scott at the Wakefield store asking me a few more questions to make sure the quote was correct, I called Scott a couple of times over the next few days to ask questions etc and he was so helpful. We called into store to finalise everything and book the installation of the flooring and was surprised to find out we could have it done the following week. Everything was so easy to arrange and the floor fitter has done a fantastic job! He really took his time and you could tell he cared about making sure it was perfect. Will definitely be using Floorstore in the future.
