JS Deco were a breath of fresh air, in a world where everything seems to fall short of expectations, Jacek and his team perfectly created our vision for our home. We requested a door of our design, and not part of JS Deco's original offering, and he delivered beautifully. The fitting was carried out well and professionally. Our home is Victorian and no two walls are the same, but somehow, Jacek's team fitted our furniture to perfection. Everyone comments on how good it all looks and how much bigger the room seems with the bespoke fitted furniture. We could not be happier. The whole experience from design to fitting and after care, was fantastic and I am an extremely fussy person and perfectionist. Nothing was too much, customer care and satisfaction are paramount to Jacek and his team, all part of the service, elements so often missing in other businesses. Thank you Jacek and team for transforming our home! We love it!

JS Deco manufactured a bespoke cabinet for me using 18 mm birch plywood to seamlessly match a kitchen they had previously produced. They worked closely with me on the design and delivered a result that is both engineering-precise and a perfect aesthetic match to the existing kitchen. What really stood out was the insight they brought to the design process, helping me think through details and practical considerations I simply wouldn’t have considered without their experience. Their input genuinely elevated the final outcome. I also asked if the cabinet could be turned around quickly, ideally before Christmas, and they delivered — as they always do — over and above expectations. The quality of the materials, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is unsurpassed. JS Deco set the benchmark for bespoke furniture. Their quality, precision, reliability, and pride in their work are exceptional. I am based in London and sent a number of requests out to multiple suppliers. Jacek at JS Deco came back promptly and we had a call about what I was wanting to achieve. He provided helpful guidance and multiple iterations of designs allowing me to see different variations of what would work. Despite not being local, he provided me details how to order samples and have them delivered directly to me to pick the workspace top and for the finish: he had YouTube videos showing the options I could chose from. Once we agreed on final designs, Bartosz (based in London) completed final measurements prior to construction. Late in the process I had an idea to get a custom side board added for a different space and this was no issues at all. It has allowed me to gain space and storage where I couldn’t buy something suitable to fit. Installation was excellent by Jacek and Maciej who did an great job and left the place spotless. The overall finish and quality is excellent and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. They really care about the customer which is a credit to their organisation. I would definitely recommend JS Deco for any future jobs. The whole process was seamless, well communicated and finished to an extremely high standard.

We had a fantastic experience working with Jacek on our home kitchen. We worked with him early on to design the building around the kitchen. He is very knowledgeable and an expert, as well as honest about material performance, which we greatly valued in him over other bespoke kitchen companies. It felt like we are getting the best value for money with quality at the forefront. He was very flexible to work with us when mistakes were made from our end on site, amending the design to fit what we wanted with what we had.
