I was having problems with my shower. Silverback plumbing had been recommended so I gave them a ring. The lady on the phone, Lisa, was lovely in organising a suitable time & date for the engineer to come & fit a new one. I was a bit concerned because I live alone & having workmen in can be a bit daunting. However when Chris came he was very considerate & kind & got on with the swap straight away. It seemed to take no time at all. Now I get hot showers again. I would ring them again in a heart beat & recommend them to anyone.
I highly recommend Silverback Plumbing and Heating Services following a recent heating upgrade. The team was reliable, punctual, and stayed within budget. They were always helpful and quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I’ll definitely be using them again for future work.

Really love my new bath, shower screen and shower riser rail. My bathroom looks new again and Chris was so careful removing the old bath, all tiles luckily saved ☺️ Chris really helped me with selection and gave great advice. He also serviced my boiler, removed and capped my gas fire and capped my hob for new kitchen. I felt so out of my depth with all this work but Chris made it so easy, explained everything and answered all my (probably silly) questions. Thank you ☺️
First class service,, Needed a gas engineer ASAP and Chris was here within an hour as told on the phone. We had been left without any supply of gas after a new cooker delivery the day before. They had drilled through the gas pipe when installing. After being left so disappointed it was all rectified swiftly by Chris, damaged pipe sorted,cooker installed,checked the gas mains and made sure our boiler was back on and working. We would highly recommend Chris and will definitely be using again. Thank you
