Outstanding service from Brad at Cars2 Hyundai. I’d been shopping around with no joy, then walked into the showroom, met Brad and we got cracking straight away with finding my next vehicle. I told him what I was after and he searched the Cars2 books and came up with a number of options. Having found a VW Tiguan that I really liked he even let me take it home to show the family and get their approval 😂 Everyone on board we struck a deal for the part ex of my VW Scirocco and we’re good to go! With a 2 year warranty for good measure I’m really happy. Thanks to Brad and Cars2. I’ll be back in 4 years!
Worst dealership ever! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I spent £24,200 on a Hyundai Tucson N Line S which was for sure the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life! Rude and condescending staff! I paid £500 deposit as I was coming from London to Wakefield to purchase the car (at first they asked for £1000 deposit which is unheard of) then when arriving (bearing in mind I spent over £100 to get there via public transport) there were so many issue with the car and still on going issues! Upon arrival the car was advertised to have 23,000 miles but in fact it had 25,313 which they failed to inform me then it had many cosmetic damages such as the back being dented and scratched which they failed to notify me of and what’s worse it had windscreen chips (again which was not mentioned) which then led me now to get the windscreen replaced myself as I was not aware of this before driving off. Was forced to buy the car as they refused to give me back my £500 deposit when notifying them off all the damages and rude staff! A month down the line I’ve got a warning saying ALL my tyres are low so, went to Kiwk Fit and they’ve stated they are all below 2mm and it’s only been a month since I’ve had the car and done 1000 miles including the miles from Wakefield back to London and the dealership as well as Hyundai are refusing to do anything about. STAY WELL CLEAR FROM HERE! I am now in the process of getting in touch with the motor ombudsman and now seeing if I can reject the vehicle and get my money back! Save your money, time and stay clear from this dealership will get my money back and go with KIA or Toyota who know how to treat their customers with respect. You’d think spending £24,200 would bring you joy in buying the car but instead nothing but aggravated grief. 0 Stars if I could! Btw my name is Ali and I’d happily provide potential customers proof of the damages and communication I’ve had with Cars2 Wakefield and Hyundai to show how unhelpful they have been. Even now I’m in contact with them to see if they can sort the tyres out but we all know nothing will get done by these ridiculous thief of a “business”. (Also before you try reply with your sarcastic comments of buying a “used car” it’s a 72 Plate N Line S that i spent £24,200 on don’t try it with the used car and it was okay before we sold it excuse when clearly it wasn’t and a used car that you sold for that much shouldn’t have these ridiculous problems coming from a “Hyundai dealership”)
The experience was out of this world, staff were very friendly and approachable in the NEW branch, Especially the agent I was dealing with Jamaal I would highly recommend this young man, he was always having the perfect communication with me even after hours of work, shows his work ethic and commitment to the business
I have never experienced customer service as poor as I did with Cars2 Hyundai Wakefield. My Ford Puma developed a gearbox fault in July, and from start to finish the process of getting it repaired was a complete ordeal. It took a month just to get a diagnostic appointment, and another month before the repair could even begin. On the day I finally took the car in, they cancelled my booking twenty minutes before - while I was already in their car park. No warning the day before, no apology, just wasted time, lost pay, and frustration. The manager’s attitude was appalling - defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was later told to bring the car back again, only for it to sit at the garage for ten days before anyone touched it. Throughout this time, every phone call I made to Hyundai was diverted to their Renault branch across the road, because the service team simply didn’t answer the phone. I was even lied to about when my gearbox was sent to the specialist. After being without a car for 17 days, I finally got it back - only to be asked to check under the bonnet for an engineer’s missing impact screwdriver. While doing so, I discovered that a piece of engine trim was missing, and no one took responsibility or offered to replace it. This experience was utterly unacceptable from a main dealer. Poor communication, broken promises, zero accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism. Cars2 Hyundai Wakefield needs serious management review and customer service training. I’ll never use them again - and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so. A formal complaint has gone in and this review will be updated following the outcome of that complaint. Once again lies I received no call from your team regarding the missing part and very selective on what you choose to comment on. No mention of your after sales staff conduct and downright rudeness towards me or the cancellation of my booking whilst I was on site and on time which you choose to gloss over in your reply and mentioning how long I had had my car and the mileage the vehicle had travelled which in both cases were within the warranty mileage and time scale. So I don’t understand what point you are trying to prove and FYI my car fault developed in July which is only 7months from the day I bought the car from you From reading other reviews I can see that you have a problem with your after sales service, I’m sure the other cars 2 branches are very good and the reviews are true and I know there is always exceptions to the rules and maybe Hyundai Wakefield is that I don’t know ? but I do know I won’t be buying from cars 2 ever again and I will be spreading the word. So tempted to right your reply for you it seams to follow a pattern a throw away apology and some lip service word how it’s all the customers fault and how your complaints team have spoken to me which clearly never have. Just so it reads nice for you on your review
Very professional service from James and Lewis, it’s my 3rd car and 5th in our family that were taken from cars2. Everytime the customer service was amazing. 100% recommend!
