Took my Seal U DMI in for its first service and the experience couldn't have been better. They got me booked in at very short notice and at a competitive price compared to the other dealerships I had contacted. I needed a courtesy car whilst mine was in being serviced and this wasn't an issue at all (seems to be a rare thing these days). Shopping experience very pleasant, staff extremely helpful and accommodating, car prep and test drive very good. Anthony Smith sales very helpful and assisted in every way he could. Only had vehicle a couple of weeks but very happy so far. Additional services, warrantys, gap insurance etc very reasonable price and see very comprehensive.

Recently purchased my daughters first car from BYD.Friendly team who very helpful. Lee who looked after me was very easy going & did not try to over sell the car. He was happy to spend time showing me around car. Everything that we negotiated was dealt with & the transaction was seamless.
