Been using this garage for 6-7 years now and never had any problems.
Went in for a headlight alignment and mentioned my low tire pressure, asking if they could check it. Without any discussion of costs, they inflated the tires and reset the TPS system. I was then surprised with a £12 charge for a service that costs about 50p at any petrol station. While the staff was friendly and the garage is conveniently located near the shopping centre (handy since there's no waiting area), I was disappointed by the lack of price transparency. A simple "that'll be £12" beforehand would have let me make an informed decision. Nice people, but check prices before agreeing to any service.

I visited Sun lane today with my motor home as I have had conflicting opinions on a chassis issue. Ian (and I think his wife who's name I embarrassingly dont know) could not have been more helpful and obliging. Although our motor home is too big for them to MOT, our other vehicles will be MOT'd, serviced and repaired by Ian and his lads from now on. Thanks again Tony
