We recently had the pleasure of working with Emily at Sytner Select in Wakefield, who helped guide us with our car purchase. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Emily was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient as we navigated the car-buying process. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences and found us the perfect vehicle. She's an absolute prize! Harry is fabulous and a whiz at getting all the purchasing documents together quickly. He took the time to explain all the little details in a way that we could fully understand and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. Harry & Emily was amazing, very friendly and welcoming they made the whole experience amazing and understanding as a first time car buyer. Visited with my friend on a busy Saturday for her first car!, Was able to view car right away and test drive same day, anything we was unsure on they made time to understand our concerns and help us through, and explain every detail on finance and about the car itself. the whole process was so quick and easy! Fantastic experience at Sytner Wakefield! Huge thanks to Herbie… what an absolute star. I didn’t expect to be there for four hours, but it was actually enjoyable, and I drove away in my new car the same day. No pushy sales tactics, just friendly, knowledgeable staff who made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Didn’t plan on buying a car that day, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I came to Sytner Select in Wakefield to look for a new car after I had an awful experience with another car sold to me with problems from another dealership (not Sytner) that I had just managed to get a refund on. I called ahead and had a really friendly phone call with Herbie which put me at ease. On the day, I got to have a thorough look at two cars that I was interested in. Herbie was busy with another customer so I got Ryan who was also fantastic. The second car that I really liked unfortunately had a dead battery - however, Ryan let me take the same model (in a different colour) for a test drive to see if I would be interested in coming back for the one I liked once the battery was recharged. His flexibility and quick thinking definitely saved this sale as I was already an anxious buyer after my past experience - when he said he'd only worked at Sytner Select for two weeks, I was shocked given how professional he had been. A few days later I returned and got an extended test drive with Herbie. Taking the car up to national speed limit roads really made me comfortable that the car had no problems and was performing well. I collected the car a few days later. It was spotlessly clean and had a healthy amount of fuel in it to get home. Almost two weeks later, I have driven over 500 miles and not had any problems which has let me finally enjoy the experience of having a new car. My only peeve is that I didn't get to keep the car mats (I know other dealerships also remove the car mats but its so annoying when you're spending so much money anyway to have to go and spend more to get something basic like mats!). Excellent service all round, would recommend.
