I moved here a few years ago from another local practice and I’ve seen pretty much everyone in that time and I’ve found them all extremely helpful and very nice. I should have made the move sooner, if you have issues with your current practice then I’d recommend moving, it’s a very simple process.

I find the relation staff very pleasant and very helpful. The doctors we’ve seen have been thorough & pleasant so our experience of MHomedteaf has been very good

Not being funny but when u ask for a call back because the ques that long to wait and they never get back to ya often wonder why ur alive

I was told my appointment is at a different time when I arrived at the surgery I had received 2 messages and In the message it was a different time. The lady that dealt with me seemed rude towards me. Feel disgusted leaving this place.

I have just joined this practice and have never come across such a badly run, impossible to navigate institution. GPs hide behind a messaging service with the poor staff on the phones who are simply not equipped to answer appropriate questions and obviously can not make a decisions. I am now struggling to get a repeat prescription for my HRT, which I have had for years. I have resorted to a private prescription whilst I try to navigate this bureaucratic nightmare. They are also woefully uniformed telling me that women over 60 should stop HRT when the newest guidelines (NICE 2024) state the complete opposite for bio identical HRT such as mine. Frankly their dismissive, high handed approach is typical in this protectionist, computer says no GP lead vacuum. I’m going to share my story with media outlets who are invested in the challenges women have with the menopause and HRT and hope this practice is named and shamed.
