KFC Wakefield - Westgate Retail Park

KFC never disappoints. Crispy, flavorful chicken with the perfect burger size. The service is friendly and fast, making it a reliable go to for a satisfying, comforting meal. Special shout out to Saeed and his team who greeted me warmly and kept things running smoothly. Truly a great team. A timeless classic that hits the spot every time.

Well must say the manager patryk I think he was called was rude as anything. Cause I wanted mini fillet burger with original mayo. Opened it well had say half of bottle od mayo on my burger and allover my breadcake. The bread are just broke up and there was a dot of mould on the side. It was missing the lettuce too. It was also cold of the chicken fillet. No sorry no offer to a fresh one. I just said I have money back and I warned him I was doing this he said OK. As I was leaving the staff 3 of them laughing. Luckly I was rushing or I a would have exploded.

Went in for food which was my first mistake as I have been before and had an equally terrible experience. Toilets were disgusting. Ladies blocked, husband said mens were grim too. Got in the car and got drive thru instead because people inside were waiting ages, the chips were inedible greasy and undercooked almost slimy put me off the whole meal. Its just a terrible KFC

Service as good and quick. Saad was very helpful. KFCs can be hit or miss, this one was a hit. Chicken was juicy and crispy. Hot wings were good and the chips were good.

I went in to this KFC for my break today and let me tell you this staff is amazing. I think his name was Brandon, went out of his way to take care of me and get my food out in a timely manner. I only had a 30 min break and was running a little bit behind. He made my food super fast and it was delicious. For now on I will only be going to this KFC and looking for Brandon every single time. He is the best that there is.
