Called to purchase new number plates due to acquiring personalised ones. Despite having proof and authority from DVLA for this and providing all other relevant documents they refused to sell me any because they had noticed amongst the paperwork the previous owner [ my son's ] certificate of entitlement which was now obsolete and superseded by the new documentation and even insisted he must come in to produce his own driving license if I wanted to purchase any. Despite my protestations and attempt to explain nothing sank in and they wouldn't budge. Even the manager ? refused to get off his backside and come out of the office to discuss it. The outcome was I said that if they didn't want my business then I would take it elsewhere. " Well go on then " was the response. Nice customer skills ! So consequently I went to another motor factors firm who were obviously more knowledgeable and quite happy to oblige pleasantly, promptly and efficiently.

Competitively priced auto spares, but I was kept waiting at the counter for someone to come and serve me, I could hear people talking behind the screen, but still had to wait for what seemed like ages.
