Diagnosed the issue with our boiler within a few minutes, and outlined options to get it repaired (including spending money with the manufacturer rather than with Gasgenics - a very honest piece of advice). I decided to use Gasgenics anyway for the repair, and Darren had the boiler back up and running in no time after the parts were shipped to me. First class service, from initial contact to completion of the repair. Highly recommended, and will be using from now on.

I messaged Darren yesterday about a boiler service and a problem with boiler pressure not holding. He messaged back quickly and came today to service the boiler and fix the problem. Great service. Will be using him for all plumbing and heating needs going forward.

Absolutely brilliant. Been using Gasgenics for a while now and can’t fault it at all! I’m not by any means an expert but it certainly doesn’t take a genius to see that the guy knows what he’s doing.
