Absolutely fantastic treatment by Tom. I had quite a bad adductor tear and subsequent knee issues, Tom did a full diagnosis, scanned me and built out a full return to run/perform over the next couple of months. As a former professional athlete, I have seen lots of physios over my years. I have to say, Tom is one of the best. His knowledge, guidance and all round love of the job makes him a phenomenal practitioner. Anyone need diagnosing, fixing and actually want to feel cared for- get down there!!! Thanks again, Tom. You are the best!!

I came to Tom with a few issues, some of which were historic injuries that I had previously been told by another physio couldn’t be treated. But Tom has always helped me with my problems. A combination of ultrasound scanning, having a plan and knowing what the next steps are, have really helped me stay on top of my injuries and allowed me to continue doing the things I love. Tom has always worked well to adapt when new issues have arisen and makes sure to tackle each issue due to his detailed understanding of the profession. I can’t recommend the clinic highly enough!

I have been to indergaard physiotherapy (Bethan) just over a month. I have been struggling to walk after knee problem, she explained what I need to do gave me exercises to strengthen muscles. I have seen a big improvement in my mobility in such a short amount of time.
