Novus Health Ltd (Wakefield hub)

This is a review for the Durkar site, Fantastic professional team who were extremely helpful, reassuring and caring during my procedure. They took the time to make sure i was comfortable, made sure they calmed my anxiety and worry and the aftercare call was also a nice added bonus. thank you to the Team at Durkar, you were fantastic.

Brilliant service! I was sent here as a young adult struggling with my hearing. The checkin and reception is so clean and has a nice feel to it. The man that did my assessment spoke clearly and was friendly. I had to wait about 6 weeks for an appointment and then another 2 for hearing aids.

I came to have my ears cleaned but they told me it wasn't necessary and I couldn't hear because I was old!! And they charged £25 for it!! However, I would prefer to at least try to clean it because it's hard for me to take your word for it.Im not happy with that at all.

Friendly staff, didn’t have to wait for long until my appointment. Clean modern space. Brief appointment, would have liked more of a thorough inspection as all problems were not covered in session, that’s the reason for 4 stars.

I've used Novus on a number of occasions and always had a good experience. Just had an appointment with a chap called Ben who deserves a big pat on the back. Explained what my problems were and what he could do to help rectify them with great clarity and patience. Thank you Novus.
