Absolutely amazing company rung at 16.00 and problem solved and fixed by 18.30. top class plumber very chatty and helpful nothing too much trouble. Very happy to recommend. Hot shower and heating on 😁
Plumbcare Yorkshire Ltd connected my radiators today and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were trustworthy, professional, and very reliable. The price they quoted was very competitive and they didn���t try to overcharge or add on any extras. Everything was done to a high standard, and I’m really pleased with the result. I would definitely highly recommend Plumbcare Yorkshire Ltd to anyone looking for quality plumbing work. A 5-star service all round!
Absolute joke of a company. Took a full day off work (losing earnings) for a confirmed appointment, only to be met with chaos. The engineer turned up with no tools or materials and was only told to "refit pipes under the sink" — despite me providing full details, measurements, and photos well in advance. After chasing, I finally got a callback filled with excuses: apparently it was a "training issue," the job was "quoted incorrectly," and they only have one senior engineer who can fit skins — but of course, he’s too busy with other customers. So they can’t let them down… but they’re perfectly fine letting me down. They’ve taken £135 from me and delivered absolutely nothing. No service, no professionalism, no accountability. I’ve asked for a full refund because this company is clearly not competent. Avoid at all costs.
Had a shower repaired and the job was done efficiently. They diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it without any mess, and everything works perfectly now. Reliable and straightforward service.
Disgraceful service today. Quoted us to reroute our pipework underneath the kitchen sink, fit a new sink and tap and also fit new bathrooms taps. Paid them £135 upfront (job was 260 in total). Engineer turns up today with the wrong equipment and their job sheet only specified to reroute pipework and nothing else. Called three times, management called my partner up with a bucket full of excuses. They then said they quoted wrong and the job should be more. They are now refunding us back the £135.00 and I'm glad because they are clearly cowboys and I don't want them anywhere near my property. Completely incompetent and one hand doesn't know how to communicate with the other.
