Excellent experience at this Storage King location. The premises are immaculate and the service is efficient from start to finish. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and very approachable. Special mention to MAG, whose professionalism, dedication, and customer-first approach truly stand out. MAG delivers service of the highest standard and makes you feel genuinely valued. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this store again and highly recommend it to others in the Wakefield area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I attended the store today to open a new unit. Faz was very friendly and helpful both when I spoke with him initially on the phone, and today when making sure I had the right size unit and that I understood how everything worked. This was also the same with Meg, who also helped me understand better how the insurance worked. Although I didn’t speak to Brooke, she had left me a couple of voicemails and am confident it would have been the same result, a friendly team, very good service in a central location, and would definitely recommend if you are requiring storage.

Can't thank the staff at storage king enough for getting me out of a mess. I had been badly let down by another local storage company at short notice but it couldn't have turned out better as I ended up using storage king. The whole process from first contact was smooth and informative which put me at ease straight away. The staff in store Brooke, Meg & Faz went above and beyond to cater for my needs and far exceeded my expectations after such a off putting experience with another firm.
