Very friendly welcoming receptionists. They are also very knowledgeable. I saw a senior vet who was brilliant. Very thorough and explained everything as he went along. Treated my dog with gentleness. I walked away knowing what the plan of action was going to be! Very happy 😊

Excellent service. Compassionate and caring. They were so so good with dog when it was her end of life. Received a card and flower seeds to plant. When I received my pooch back after cremation I was over the moon with the items I received, I was just expecting a scatter tube but she came in a lovely big box with scatter tube inside also a cast of her paw print and also some fur in a cute little bottle and a certificate when she was cremated. I could not fault chantry vets at all they were all absolutely brilliant so caring.

Steer clear if this vets at all costs. And costs being the operative word. As the current media coverage of extortionate pricing and non itemised bills, this practice is all about the money. Our dog had a huge operation, no follow ups, no costing into the 2500 pounds for post operation care and no giving a shit about the welfare if our dog. Honestly, I've only ever met the one woman that actually comes across as caring for your pet.. You might think that I'm being neagtivie due to the amount of money we have had to fork out but this isn't the first time this sort if lack of care has happened. We spent 2400 pounds last year for our cat that was struggling to breath. She was taken in to the hospital at Brindley way and once she was there the calls kept coming and the cost kept going up. We of course agreed and paid, but, only 6 days later we had to have her put to sleep which was an absolute awful experience. They definitely knew that no amount of care was going to save her yet continued to give us the false hope and continued to take our money. I can only hope that now after the investigation these massive corporations are held to account and be more transparent and price more fairly. The one bit if advice I can give to anyone that reads this comment is, please try the animals trust first or am independent vets as they seem to care more. Steer clear if these guys.. Honestly you will thank me later. 👍

Not just friendly staff but staff that care. They don't give you medication they talk to you about it and show you how to administer it. As important as you are to them, your pet is even more important as it should be. They took exceedingly good care of our little coco and I can't thank them enough. Extremely well knowledgeable, they don't push products on you or give unnecessary medication. They understood not just what was wrong with our naughty cat lol also her behavior, preferences and attitude without me having to tell them. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. Superstars all around. This is what people who love animals ♥️. Team effort. -
