The Entrance Hall leads to the stairs and minstrel gallery, four bedrooms (2 x king size beds; 2 x twin beds. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms as well as family batroom. Downstaris is a well equipped kitchen, utility room, cloakroom, dining room, large drawing room and sitting room.

The house also has a flat-screen television and DVD player, and Wifi/wireless internet is available throughout.

The Grange is in a beautiful rural location on the edge of the southern Pennines close to the Peak District. There are stunning circular walks on the doorstep. The market town of Penistone is two miles away, where you can join the Trans-Pennine trail, ideal for walking and cycling.

Nearby you will find Penistone Paramount Cinema which offers the latest films, concerts and organ recitals. Swimming is also available in Penistone. Other local attractions include: Barnsley Civic Theatre, Cannon Hall Open Farm with Cafe and Children's play area.

The house is within easy driving distance of Sheffield, the Millennium Galleries and Meadowhall shopping centre. Other places worth visiting are: Leeds and all its attractions including the Royal Armouries, the Historic City of York, the Spa town of Harrogate, Haworth the Bronte Country not forgetting Holmfirth "Last of the Summer Wine" country, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the historic houses and gardens of Wentworth Castle, Cannon Hall and Chatsworth. Not forgetting the new Hepworth Gallery in Wakefield, one of the finest contemporary art museums in Europe.
